Schedule an appointment with our nutritionist Bhavani Swaminathan to discuss your diet plan. You can discuss your plan either over a skype call or meet Ms Bhavani Swaminathan, in person. All you need to do is give us a tentative day for your appointment & we will send our confirmation via e-mail.
DISCUSS YOUR PLAN
Basis your Prakriti & what we understand about your daily routine, we would prepare a diet plan which includes your diet chart, alternatives & options for meals as well as some simple exercises for you. Your entire diet would be based out of ingredients found in your own kitchen! No imported food, no starvation, only simple home-cooked healthy food! However, it is of utmost importance for us to help you understand your diet plan through a face to face interaction. We will discuss, in depth, on all the healthy options, the timing of the meals, method of preparations of meals, tips on exercise as well as self-control. Suggestions and alterations from your end are most welcome, for you to make your plan successful.
MONITORING SESSION
It is very important to understand what works best for you and what does not basis practical application of the diet in your daily routine. On a weekly basis, we will review your diet plan basis, alter it, the basis of your requirement. The objective of these interactions is to monitor your health and to rectify any deviations from the plan.
CONSTANT TOUCH
A healthy mind and body is not an event but an ongoing process. However, in this process, there will be times wherein you would have certain queries about food, cheat meals, exercises, etc, observations you list down in your "food diaries", all of these questions are most welcome! All you need to do is drop us a mail whenever a question pops up on your mind, and we will revert back.
