  1. Dry roast moong dal in slow flame for 8-10 minutes. Now add flaxseed and roast for 5 more minutes. Keep aside to cool. Grind it in mixer adding jiggery to it. Add clarified butter and make laddoos. This is high protein laddoo. It can be an excellent post workout meal.
