Ingredients
- 2 piece Raw banana
- 1 piece Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 piece Carrot ( medium size, grated)
- 1 piece Ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 75 gms Hung curd
- approx to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 50 gms Gram Flour
- 1 tsp Corriander Powder
- 50 gms Semolina
- 1 piece Green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions
- Boil raw banana and mash it thoroughly. Now add all the ingredients except semolina. For binding its important to add gram flour. Make flattened balls and coat it with semolina to give crispiness to the tikki. Now either shallow fry on hot tawa or deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot with tomato chutney.
