  1. Soak anjeer in warm water for 5 minutes. Grind all the dry fruits coarsely in mixer. Now drain and make a paste of anjeer. Mix all the ingredients together and place it inside the modak mould to give a proper shape of modak. Remove it from the mould . Refrigerate it for half an hour and serve. This is a super healthy dessert which can be served to all age groups.
