There are 3 types of programs.

  1. Fastrack
  2. Short term
  3. Long term

How It Works?

If you are going for the fast track program then the duration is for 4 weeks for which you will be given a diet plan customized as per individual interest.

Short term program is for 3 months and long term program is for 9 months. For both the programs you have to undergo as given below :

Stage 1: You have to share physical details like height, weight & other details like occupation, eating habits, etc.

Stage 2: After the face to face interaction a diet plan along with exercise schedule will be given.

Stage 3: The diet will keep on changing on a weekly basis depending on the fluctuations in body weight & fat.
