Sieve Buckwheat powder, cinnamon powder & baking soda. Keep it aside. In another bowl mix ghee/butter & jaggery/coconut sugar. Add curd to this mixture and again mix. Now add the dry mixture to this wet mixture and mix thoroughly. Transfer this to the baking pan and sprinkle dry fruits on top. Bake this for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees temperature.
This can be an extremely healthy breakfast for all age groups and super tasty too.
