Ingredients
- 3 Banana
- 1 bowl Pomegranate seeds
- 1 medium sized Pear
- 2 medium sized Apple
- 1 small bowl Black raisins
- 4-5 cut into pieces Dry Figs (Anjeer)
- 1 small bowl (grinded coarsly) Cashews, almonds & pistachios
- 200 ml Milk

- Cut apple and pear into small pieces. Take 2 bananas and blend it with milk in the blender. Cut the remaining banana into pieces. Now pour the banana milk mixture in a bowl. Add all the cut fruits and black raisins and dry figs. Mix it properly. Now garnish with the coarsely grinded dry fruits. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve. This is yummy and nutritious loaded with all the micronutrients required by the body
