Heat water & rock sugar till it melts. Add milk. Soon the impurities will start coming up and the syrup is clear. Throw the impurities by taking out with a spoon. Switch off the flame once you achieve right consistency.
Mix wheat flour, baking soda, food colour and water to get a thin consistency. Pour it in a plastic bottle and tighten it with a nozil . Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry jalebis. Immerse these jalebis in the sweet syrup.
Crush all the nuts. Make a fine paste in the blender adding milk to the bananas. Transfer the banana milk paste in a bowl. Add all the finely cut fruits and sprinkle dry fruits and raisins on top.
This is a super healthy breakfast.
Heat a thick pan and add ghee. Once the ghee melts add grated carrots. Keep stirring on low flame and cover it for 10-15 min. When the carrots are semi cooked and shows a golden colour then add milk to it. Let the carrot cook nicely in milk. When the carrot and milk mixture is thickened, add powdered rock sugar and cardamom powder. Cover it with lid for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with cashews and serve hot.
Steam idlis and crush it. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let it splutter and add curry leaves. Now sauté onion for 2 minutes. Add crushed idli, turmeric powder, roasted groundnut and salt. Cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
For Banana Shake with Roller Oats
Soak oatmeal for 5 minutes in water. Churn banana, milk and oatmeal in blender. Now add rest of the ingredients, mix well. Do not refrigerate it. Consume immediately to get the best result as it is loaded with all the micronutrients.

Wash grapes and transfer it to a pan.
Add water and boil the grapes for 7-10 minutes. Strain and keep it aside to cool.
Take china grass in 2 different bowls (2tsp each ) and add little water to make a smooth mixture.
Now boil milk in a pan in low flame. Add milk powder and powdered rock sugar.
China grass and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes till the mixture becomes thick. Now strain this milk mixture. Prepare glasses for pannacotta.
Keep the glasses tilted and pour milk mixture.
Let it cool for sometime. In the meanwhile make a smooth paste of the boiled grapes in mixer jar. Transfer it to a pan and heat in low flame.
Add powdered rock sugar and china grass and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes till the mixture becomes little thick. Now strain this mixture.
Milk mixture which was poured in the glass now would have been settled. So keep the glass straight and now pour this grapes mixture in the glass. Refrigerate it for 2 hours and serve chilled.
It tastes great and is healthy as well.
Cut apple and pear into small pieces. Take 2 bananas and blend it with milk in the blender. Cut the remaining banana into pieces. Now pour the banana milk mixture in a bowl. Add all the cut fruits and black raisins and dry figs. Mix it properly. Now garnish with the coarsely grinded dry fruits.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve. This is yummy and nutritious loaded with all the micronutrients required by the body
Here’s a popular dessert recipe, rasgulla without using refined sugar. Hence this rasgulla is super healthy. According to historians of Odisha, the rasgulla originated in Puri as Khira Mohana. It has been traditionally offered as bhog to goddess Lakshmi at Jagannath Temple, Puri.
Boil mik and add vinegar to it. Stir slowly in one direction till milk curdles. Strain it and put this fresh cheese in a muslin cloth and squeeze until the extra water oozes out. Now churn this fresh cheese for few seconds in mixer. Now make small balls.
Take 1.5 glass of water in a pan and add powdered mishri to it. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Now slowly keep the ready balls in this syrup and cover the pan with a lid. After 10 minutes remove the lid . Your soft, yummy rasgullas are ready to eat. Serve hot.
Seive wheat flour, baking soda , baking powder & salt thoroughly. Add salt & jaggery to it. Squeeze lemon juice in milk and let it rest for 10 minutes. Once the milk curdles, add it to the wheat flour and mix softly by using hands. Now add curd, oil/ghee and eno and knead the dough with very soft hands. Apply oil on the tray and transfer this batter. Bake it for 20-25 minutes. You can also bake it in air fryer.
Mix ragi flour and 5-6 tsp of water in a small bowl to make a thin paste. Boil water in a pan and add this ragi paste to boiling water. Stir constantly to avoid lumps. Once the mixture starts thickening, add milk to it and again stir. Now mix date sugar/coconut sugar to the porridge and serve hot. It is a great breakfast for breaking the fast.
