  1. Steam idlis and crush it. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let it splutter and add curry leaves. Now sauté onion for 2 minutes. Add crushed idli, turmeric powder, roasted groundnut and salt. Cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
For Banana Shake with Roller Oats

  1. Method Wash grapes and transfer it to a pan. Add water and boil the grapes for 7-10 minutes. Strain and keep it aside to cool. Take china grass in 2 different bowls (2tsp each ) and add little water to make a smooth mixture. Now boil milk in a pan in low flame. Add milk powder and powdered rock sugar. China grass and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes till the mixture becomes thick. Now strain this milk mixture. Prepare glasses for pannacotta. Keep the glasses tilted and pour milk mixture. Let it cool for sometime. In the meanwhile make a smooth paste of the boiled grapes in mixer jar. Transfer it to a pan and heat in low flame. Add powdered rock sugar and china grass and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes till the mixture becomes little thick. Now strain this mixture. Milk mixture which was poured in the glass now would have been settled. So keep the glass straight and now pour this grapes mixture in the glass. Refrigerate it for 2 hours and serve chilled. It tastes great and is healthy as well.

  1. Method Boil mik and add vinegar to it. Stir slowly in one direction till milk curdles. Strain it and put this fresh cheese in a muslin cloth and squeeze until the extra water oozes out. Now churn this fresh cheese for few seconds in mixer. Now make small balls.
  2. For Syrup Take 1.5 glass of water in a pan and add powdered mishri to it. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Now slowly keep the ready balls in this syrup and cover the pan with a lid. After 10 minutes remove the lid . Your soft, yummy rasgullas are ready to eat. Serve hot.

  1. Seive wheat flour, baking soda , baking powder & salt thoroughly. Add salt & jaggery to it. Squeeze lemon juice in milk and let it rest for 10 minutes. Once the milk curdles, add it to the wheat flour and mix softly by using hands. Now add curd, oil/ghee and eno and knead the dough with very soft hands. Apply oil on the tray and transfer this batter. Bake it for 20-25 minutes. You can also bake it in air fryer.

BASIC JAGGERY SYRUP
