Ingredients
For Gravy
- 50 gms Bengal Gram Dal (Chana dal)
- 50 gms Pigeon Pea (Tur Dal)
- 50 gms Red Lentil (Masoor Dal)
- 2 piece Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 piece Tomato (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- approx to taste Salt
- approx Corriander Leaves
- 5-6 piece Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Water
For Noodles
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- approx to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Water

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients adding water little by little. The dough should be hard. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. For Gravy Pressure cook dals adding turmeric powder & salt. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, once it crackles add cumin seeds, curry leaves and coriander leaves and tomatoes. Saute for 2-3 minutes adding little salt to it. Now add cooked lentils and add water. Cover with a lid & let it boil for 2 minutes. Now using noodle mould ( Chakli mould) Place the dough inside the mould and press the lid. Noodles start coming out. Put it directly on the lentil gravy and allow it to cook for 2 more minutes. Healthy noodles are ready. Serve hot.
