- 1.5 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Flaxseed
- 8 to 10 pieces Cashewnuts
- 8 to 10 pieces Almonds
- 10 to 15 pieces Raisins
- 1 piece Alphanso Mango (Chop into pieces removing the skin)
- 1 glass Water

Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. You can add ice cubes if you want chilled smoothie. Pour it in a tall glass and garnish it with nuts. Its an amazing post workout smoothie.
