- 1/4th piece Raw turmeric
- 1/4th tsp Ginger
- 1/4th tsp Black pepper powder
- 2-3 tsp Jaggery
- 1/2 piece Lemon
- 1 cup Water

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in water except lemon and boil for 5-7 minutes. Strain and add lemon juice to it. Consume this chai 3-4 times a day and see the results.
- NOTE : This chai is beneficial for weight loss especially during winter. So it is advisable to take this chai from the month of November to February. It should be stopped once winter is over.
