  1. Mix all the ingredients. Add 2 tablespoon of oil to the mixed flour. Knead it to a hard dough by adding water. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Now make small puris out of it and press it with fork. It should be pressed with fork so that it does not become fluffy like puris while deep frying. You can store this in air tight container for 10 days. Instead of having biscuits which have preservatives you can have these home made fresh savoury. Eat healthy Stay fit.

  1. Heat a thick pan and add ghee. Once the ghee melts add grated carrots. Keep stirring on low flame and cover it for 10-15 min. When the carrots are semi cooked and shows a golden colour then add milk to it. Let the carrot cook nicely in milk. When the carrot and milk mixture is thickened, add powdered rock sugar and cardamom powder. Cover it with lid for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with cashews and serve hot.

  1. Soak anjeer in warm water for 5 minutes. Grind all the dry fruits coarsely in mixer. Now drain and make a paste of anjeer. Mix all the ingredients together and place it inside the modak mould to give a proper shape of modak. Remove it from the mould . Refrigerate it for half an hour and serve. This is a super healthy dessert which can be served to all age groups.

  1. Steam idlis and crush it. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let it splutter and add curry leaves. Now sauté onion for 2 minutes. Add crushed idli, turmeric powder, roasted groundnut and salt. Cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
For Banana Shake with Roller Oats

  1. Prepare a tight dough by adding all the ingredients and cover it with wet muslin cloth for half an hour. Now make small puris and fry it till it becomes crispy. Place these puris in a plate. Once they are cooled add curd on top, then little green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney. Now sprinkle the salt, masalas, onion, tomato and garnish with coriander leaves and sev. Serve immediately . Otherwise puris will become soggy. This can be a healthy evening snack but one cannot replace this as dinner.

  1. Method Wash grapes and transfer it to a pan. Add water and boil the grapes for 7-10 minutes. Strain and keep it aside to cool. Take china grass in 2 different bowls (2tsp each ) and add little water to make a smooth mixture. Now boil milk in a pan in low flame. Add milk powder and powdered rock sugar. China grass and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes till the mixture becomes thick. Now strain this milk mixture. Prepare glasses for pannacotta. Keep the glasses tilted and pour milk mixture. Let it cool for sometime. In the meanwhile make a smooth paste of the boiled grapes in mixer jar. Transfer it to a pan and heat in low flame. Add powdered rock sugar and china grass and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes till the mixture becomes little thick. Now strain this mixture. Milk mixture which was poured in the glass now would have been settled. So keep the glass straight and now pour this grapes mixture in the glass. Refrigerate it for 2 hours and serve chilled. It tastes great and is healthy as well.

  1. Cut apple and pear into small pieces. Take 2 bananas and blend it with milk in the blender. Cut the remaining banana into pieces. Now pour the banana milk mixture in a bowl.   1. Wash dates thoroughly. If the dates are with seeds then remove the seeds. Take a bowl and pour apple cider vinegar and remaining ingredients. Mix it thoroughly. Cover it with a lid for hours.
